accountability - Wednesday
We had a soup competition today at work and I tasted all sorts of home made things..Not sure how to count it so I called it home made vegetable beef soup, 2 cups. I think that covers it. My soup was horrible..Too hot for human consumption. Oh well, I'll try again. And the chili competition is in May...I do much better at that! I've won four times out of five.

7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Blast
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 slice turkey breast meat,
8:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Berry Blast
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:00 am 1 cup Tuna Helper with double tuna
10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
12:00 pm 1.5 cups assorted home made vegetable assorted meat soups
1:30 pm 1 cup raw grapes
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
6:00 pm 4 oz beef steak, 5 raw baby carrots
6:30 pm 1/6 sugar free angel food cake, 1/8 cup honey roasted peanuts
I could have stayed away from the angel food cake but ... I chose to NOT stay away.

Hi, I am back. Very busy at work today. I feel like I am eating constantly to get in enough calories. Did pretty good today. Aiming for 1600 so I did pretty good.

Very good! Awesome list.. Have you asked about your vitamins with coffee? I thought you had to take them with food but if coffee works, I'm going to start taking some of mine with coffee..

L) Fried chiclen salad and broccoli cheese soup at Applebee's
S) 3 catfish filets
D) 1 slice thin and crispy and 1 slice pan pizza, with beef, the pan crust sucked, so I dodn't eat it
S) SF popcicle, yogurt
Plenty of fluids, a little high on carbs, and not enough protein, maybe I will have some cheese or deli meat soon.

I took yesterday off and I got a lot done. Cleaned out my closet and my daughters closet, put our winter stuff up, went grocery shopping and did laundry.
Didn't do fitday but this is what I ate...
Breakfast:
Protein shake & Boiled egg
Snack:
Power crunch bar
Lunch:
5 hot wings
Garden salad w/ lite ranch
1/2 a peice of garlic toast
Snack:
Boiled egg
Dinner:
Baked flounder filet
1/2 a big baked potato w/ FF sour cream
Steamed broccoli
Snack:
NSA Chocolate pudding cup
5 fresh strawberries

You have a model WLS diet list going in your day! Each snack and meal centers around protein and good carbs for the most part...Variety and protein...Even when you take a day off you do great.
