I'm frantically working on my chili-strone for the soup fest tomorrow.

Looks like minestrone but tastes super hot like chili....Maybe a bit too hot but whatever.

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Limeade
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 slice turkey breast meat, 1 SF Chocolate Chip Cookie (homemade)
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:45 am 2 oz chicken breast meat, 1/2 cup salad greens 1/2 oz salad dressing (filled me up very fast!)
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
12:30 pm 1 cup grapes
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
2:30 pm 1 SoBe protein meal replacement bar
3:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:00 pm 1 medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch

6:00 pm 3 oz pork roast, 2/3 cup carrots..stewed..

B) BLT with turkey bacon
S) 1 slice cheddar
L) 2 large fried chicken legs, skin and all, 1 tablespoon turnip greens
S) 1/2 hot dog
D) Chinese, several spoons of different things, mostly meat, a heaping tablespoon of pecan pie, and 1of cheesecake.
S) 10-15 corn chips, SF popcicle

Usual vitamins, a little low on water, Benefiber.

How are the numbers for this list? Looks a bit carby to me but I can't tell. I got stuck on the pecan pie...I used to LOVE pecan pie. I started out allergic to walnuts and it's morphed into all tree nuts.

Yesterday a friend brought me a homemade chocolate chip cookie and said she made part of the batch especially for me with no nuts. I took one bite of the first cookie and found a nut. She mixed up the batches and gave me one with walnuts. I got alittle nervous but figured if I do go into shock, I'm well covered with the girls there. The last time I had a quarter teaspoon of walnuts, my throat got scratchy and I started coughing (because the throat got tight). Scary stuff..

So, while i remember pecan pie fondly...really fondly. Just smelling it makes me nervous. LOL.

Good job on the popcicle...I'm going to clean out the freezer this weekend and find mine..

It was higher than usual carbs, but well worth it. I don't eat sugar in the normal course of my life, and don't miss it. But the food on the buffet was really unappealing. The dessert bar looked better.
My protein was really good, and thankfully I don't dump.

Had 2 cups of coffee. Went to the phych doctor and she had several doctors there. Scared me. They talked to me about my anorexia and bulimia. Nobody in over 3 and 8 months has ever told me why I am like this or if there is any reason. They ask me some questions and I did a test. They told me I was BPD. Borderline personality disorder. That I get madder than normal people do. I mean I go the *** off on people. To the point I jump out of the car and want to punch who ever made me mad in the face. I don't care how old. And when I am like this I punish myself by not eating. I admit I would be a cutter if anyone wouldn't see it. A lot that has happen to me in my life that I couldn't help. I blame myself. I got to take a 10 week class on how to let the past go. And they told me I had bipolar 2. I know about 1 but not 2. I didn't realize how bad my mind has got. Dawn thank you for always encourging me to eat and be well. All of you on the grad forum has been so nice to me. Bless all of you.Thanks for putting up with the crazy lady. I am sorry I am this way. Yeah sometime I wish I could go back before GBS. I was a very healthy and fun,loving work clown. Now I just survive.Not live.

Please stay in touch! Your situation really strikes a nerve with me. I can see myself in so much of your situation and issues..That's why I want so badly to help.

Just remember, you do have to take your vitamins. That's not negotiable. And to take your vitamins you HAVE to eat something...because vitamins without eating food can't be absorbed. So spread your vitamins out through the day and eat just a little something with them.

You can work through this. It sounds like your doctors are really on top of it for you. That's great.

Okay I havent dont these in awhile but I really need to get back into the habit...

5:30 1 Cup of Coffee with sugar and creamer
7:30 Outside of hashbrown (just the crunchy) from McDonalds and 1/2 Sausage/Egg McMuffin
12:30 1/3 cup of coleslaw, 5 boiled shrimp, 1 french fry
2:00 5 more boiled shrimp
5:30 4 cheese nips I stole from my daughter, Oreo Ice cream cone
8:00 5 tostitos and cheese/hamburger dip

Good job on the shrimp. They are high protein, for sure. Too long from the shrimp to the tostitos so those cheese nips and ice cream were emergency food, actually...Not great but you needed something after three + hours...

Good veggies, lots of carbs and low on protein but a good place to start...I find that with a good breakfast I have more strength to say no to the carb monster..
