Colonic Cleanse

Hello,

Any do a colonic cleanse?  I had a fellow RNYer ask me about it I am interested but wanted to see if anyone had experience with it.  Thanks

I don't think it would be helpful for us. I think it could easily lead to dehydration.

Personally, I treat these things like any other "fad" type thing... they usually strike me as money-makers for somone else.

As the linked article says, our bodies are designed to detox themselvesif we just feed them properly.

Your colon is designed to clean itself.  Why mess with all the beneficial bacteria that is suppose to be there?  Eat right, drink plenty of water and VOILA your colon will do it's job.
