I felt alittle better today. We even went to do alittle shopping but it was after it was warm enough. Now that it's cold and gotten alittle humid, my sinuses are starting to act up...I also got most of my water in...4 and a half bottles. Goal was five...not bad.

List for the day:

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, papaya

S: 3 oz tuna, 3 pc ****tail bread, 1 mozzarella cheese stick

L: Tuna melt sandwich with cheese on sour dough

S: mostly jus****er. I didn't have any snacks

D: Stuffed chicken breast, 1 cup mixed salad greens

Calories: 1378

Fat: 42.1

Carbs: 123.4

Protein: 128.9

Not bad. Protein high enough...More than enough water. I may even get a small snack later. Maybe some popcorn..or just more water. LOL.

How did you do?

here is what i had for saturday... how did i do? Anita


B- fage total 0% greek yogurt 
1/2 c. wegmans frozen blueberries

L- 6 oz. spaghetti sauce with hamburger (at work)
1/2 c.lowfat cottage cheese
dinner roll

S- (on break)
1-triple cho power crunch protein bar

precision engineered whey protien deluxe cho 1/2 scoop in coffee

D- 3 oz scallops
1.2 cup beets canned
18 asparagus cooked from frozen

1 slice wheat bread ( my mom made thishome made)

S- at home
8 fresh strawberries

calories 1,214 fat 106.3 carbs 49.8 protein 91.6

48.9 oz plain water

Wonderful numbers!

I bought a bread machine specifically to be able to make real whole wheat bread...Good stuff. I think that counts as good carbs anyway.

You did awesome Saturday. Great snacks, good protein. Wonderful all around. AND your water totals are up there! Cool.

Thank you.. i am glad i am having good numbers.. my mom only have me 2 slices of the homemade wheat bread so i might have the other slice tonight with my supper.
does coffee count as water also?  Anita

I just wasn't in an eating mood saturday..

Early AM: 3  cups of coffee

Breakfast: 1 slice of lite wheat toast w/ cheese on top & 1 boiled egg

Lunch: 1 thin Sweet n sour pork chop ... my mom's new creation. yummy!

Dinner: Pure protein bar

That's it! I don't know why.

Maybe too busy to eat? Sometimes I get that way. But don't forget to eat tomorrow. Not getting enough calories can make you fuzzy brained...

Love those pork chops! We've been baking them lately. breadcrumbs...
