Sorry I was MIA yesterday    It was a wild and crazy day and by the time it ended I just needed some down time  

Today and Sunday I will be doing cardio.....treadmill and boxing workout.  What is on the weekend workout agenda for you?  Cardio, weights or are you taking a rest day

Hey Kathy!

I wondered if you were okay since there was no thread for Friday.  No problem though, we all have days like that and need a well deserved break!

Friday - did my workout at Curves
Saturday - 2 mile walking DVD and 20 minutes of Latin dancing DVD
Sunday - 3 mile walking DVD and a stretching band/toning mini workout
