Accountability - Thursday
I put SF preserves in my cottage cheese so it doesn't sound gross to me at all...
AWESOME about the moving. That's what it takes. AND it makes you feel so much better. My attitude flat sucks at work lately but if I get out into the sunshine, even with the wind blowing 100 miles an hour..For some reason, that sunshine makes me feel so much better! It doesn't usually take any fraction off the scale but it lifts my spirits!
a nice cup of refried beans with cheese and salsa...Good stuff. And if you get the non-fat or low fat stuff it's not going to kill your totals. Some times you just have to go with your cravings.

I know this is off the subject but since Thursday is long over and for hte most part it is the same (motivated) people on this string... have any of you tried that 5 day pouch test that they are talking about in the message room? I need to get a few # off... just to feel good mentally.... I know it will not look any different... that is not what I am trying to achieve.... I just want to feel better adn less bloated.
