Accountability - Thursday
Not a bad day all in all. I got a good night sleep last night and that made all sorts of difference in my attitude...
My list for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:45 am oatmeal, soy milk, tvp, apple sauce
7:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium apple
9:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:05 am 1/2 chicken quesadilla and 1/4 cup refried beans
10:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
11:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
1:00 pm 3 oz chicken, 8 pc soy crisps (1/2 serving)
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Punch
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry
6:30 pm 4 oz baked tilapia, 1/3 cup canned spinach, 1/8 cup mashed potatoes
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 136.6
Protein: 133.7
My protein percent is 35%. Good thing I got so much water in today.
I have no idea how this works or why this sort of food works for me. My diet won't work for you, your diet probably wouldn't work for me...And so it's an individual thing. I can just cheer you on as you head in your own direction.

Yeah, it's just another day...But it's THURSDAY! And you know what that means? FRIDAY IS COMIN! LOL. Sorry. I love my fridays. All the other days suck but Friday has to be my favorite day. Well, close to Saturday and Sunday. But FRIDAY!

I cannot function without my sleep! You had a good day. I was only fair. Working two jobs is getting to me; it will be better after next week when I get on a regular schedule.
0700-NSA Swiss Miss w/ scoop of protein powder
0930-2 hardboiled eggs and a fe RF wheat thins
1200-chicken enchilada casserole from the cafeteria
1430-fiber one bar and an apple
1630-baked cheetos
1700-chicken and 1/2 cup smashed taters, brocoli
1930-strawbeery shortcake -shortcakes were made from RF bisquick w/ splenda and berries had a little splenda and a squirt of reddi whip
I am still hungry which is crazy, I think I will have turkey pepperoni and lite cheese before bed.
Most of my water missed my iron and calcium;again! No exercise as we got our taxes done; we are getting some back this year. Have a good night I am ready for the weekend, as usual!

I love my NSA Swiss Miss. I put it in my coffee instead of creamer most mornings...
Good list. The vitamins you need to get kicked on...Don't skip those. Working two jobs? You can skip exercise for that...temporarilly but you must be exhausted! Yikes.

OMG I had a rough day today.
I woke and had tea with my vitamins.
Then I had cream of wheat for Breakfast.
Then I had a meeting at lunch and they served lunch meat sandwiches. UGH! I ate the turkey too fast and got the foamies. It finally passed hours later, but I haven't ate anything since.
I drank tons of tea and water. Just haven't felt hungry.
Still learning my lessons to EAT SLOW!!!!

I decided long time ago that eating stuff I hold in my hand is HARD...I tend to shove stuff in WAY too quick. So I grab a plate, slide that turkey meat off the bread (and toss it) and then eat the turkey with a fork. LOL. People might look at me funny but it's better than having the foamies for hours...And that is horrible, especially at work. I hate that.

I think I did not do too bad Thursday.... Scale still is up but maybe EVERY scale in teh world is wrong.. LOL. Wishful thinking.
B-1 cup cottage cheese, 1 large banana with wool whip and dry strawberry jello ( sounds gross, but good)
S- Lowfat Van. Yogurt with 2 T cool whip and 1/3 cup Kashi w/ flax ( my wanna be granola...LOL)
L- Large pickle. Turkey wrap on a low carb tortilla with 1 T honey mustard. Wrap had 2 pieces turkey, 2 pieces turkey bacon, 1 pc low fat provalone, lettuce and red pepper
few pieces of SF gum at work
D-3 oz Turkey, 1/2 cup sweet potato surprise ( 1/4 of a med sweet pot. with mushrooms,red pepper and hot red pepper flakes, cooked in cooking spray) and 3/4 c. broc. florets with spray butter
S- Lowfat yogurt whipped with 2 T cool whip and slightly frozen ( wanna be ice cream) YUM!
AND----- Here is the newsflash... I got up and MOVED at lunch! I walked 30 minutes. I felt good. Again, scale is STILL UP.....
So far, I am starting the day off good....I am craving Mexican food though.... might have to go out this weekend for some.... there goes my 1 day good streak. WOW... sorry to be negative today, this wt stuff has me in a funk.
