Well, tough day because of my horrible attitude..

List for the day: 

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am oatmeal, soy milk, tvp, apple sauce
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
7:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit
8:30 am 1 oz Mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium orange
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach
11:00 am 3 oz chicken, 1 cup lettuce, 3 slices tomato, 1 oz rasp vinaigrette
12:00 pm 1/2 chicken quesadilla, 1/8 cup refried beans
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Limeade
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
2:45 pm 2 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter (ate it with a spoon! Sad)
3:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry (number 5 and a half!)
6:30 pm 5 oz T-bone steak, canned beets

Hello Dawn! Just another day. Nothing too exciting to report.

B: 2 scrambled eggs & Turkey sausage

S: Apple

L: Tyson chicken strips, cheese, lettuce and salsa in a low carb wheat wrap & Yogart

S: WW Yogart

D: Baked chicken thigh, 1 small slice of pork roast & steamed cabbage.. leftovers

S: Protein shake

How much is everyone exercising... I am not (just being honest)... YES- I know I am being lazy I am  sure that is ONE reason I am starting to gain wt... I am so frustrated though and am feeling like I am losing control. Hence teh reason I am back on here... I need support adn help! I am really hating winter and all the old habits I have slipped back into this winter. I am within 10# of where I would like to be, but I want it off..... HELP!

Here is what I had yesterday.

Coffee.... Alot of it ( 2 travel cups, I think that they are 16-20 oz a piece) W/ powder cream and sweet N Low..... what do ya think...... could this be tacking on some unwanted padding? I just started drinking coffee within the past 2 yrs and love it... Heck, I am hooked on it...

B-1 cup cottage cheese, 1 lg banana and 3-4T cool whip

S- 1/2 apple

L- 1 1/2 cup of taco flavored chili with 1 sclice of hot pepper cheese (1 oz)
snack at work-a few chips (maybe 4) and some sf gum

Snack- Nibbled before dinner on a few pretzels and Fat free dip (while I was cooking)
I WAS STARVING!

D- 3oz broiled turkey and 1/2 cup of sweet potato/mushroom/red pepper mix (sauteed in cooking spray)

S- LOTS of Popcorn - made with oil in a pan - I DID atleast limit the oil and I used spray butter instead of the real thing. I feeling very guilty about this snack choice!



To drink all day,I had sugar free kool aid/ crystal light

I don't exercise the way I should either but I get really bored sitting at my desk for a long time so I walk around. I physically deliver mail down the street to other buildings when the weather isn't bad so I do get about a mile of walking in about 3 times a week. I have a wii but I haven't been using it much lately. I went on Tuesday night and it was the first time in 6 days. I stayed on 21 minutes with only 4 minutes of light aerobics (the advanced step routine).

I find that when the television is boring, I exercise more. And my husband loves funky old movies so I have alot of reason to move around. This morning it was vacuming our son's room while he was spending the night at a friends house. Last night I cleaned the bathrooms.

I'm all about serving sizes so I measure measure measure and go with single servings like on my popcorn.

What I would have done with your list...I would have eaten a bigger breakfast and had a protein snack between lunch and dinner...it might have helped with the munchies..LOL. Skip the popcorn and do some strength exercises or clean the floor. NOT that I do that all the time or would have at the time either.

I can tell you're frustrated and I'm not sure I helped but your list of food, especially dinner was great. I would add some cheese with that apple for protein and maybe put the taco stuff on a salad of lettuce or spinach and tomato (LOVE taco salads! Actually, I love salads anyway) .

How much water are you getting all day? a gallon?

d....1/2 of 1/2 of a hamberger with chili and onion.

Got in 42 oz of water  

I did good whoot whoot...........And I feel good today. I know the body needs food. I just got to do it.

What really struck me was that my brain sure didn't want to work if I didn't get in enough calories. To get your mind to work at full speed, you have to give it enough fuel to do that.

You really did awesome Wednesday! Did you get your vitamins in? That's really what will get your body and mind up to the right levels...

Keep up the good work, I know it's hard to eat later in the day and it's not as important as eating earlier but you can do it. I bet your outlook is looking up too....
