Accountability - Tuesday
I want to thank all the grads who gave their .02 worth of advice and warning on the "in trouble" post I did this morning...It's really an eye opener for where we all are and what got us to that point...Thanks to all of you!
I stressed over what to eat most of the morning and got so involved in the class that it didn't matter too much. I was really wanting more water, not a snack.
So here's my list:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
5:30 am oatmeal, soy milk, tvp, apple sauce
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium orange
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:40 am 2.8 oz BBQ Salmon cup, 2 slices black rye bread, 1.25 oz cheddar cheese
10:45 am 1 medium pear
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
12:30 pm 2 oz Lowrey's Beef Jerky, 1/3 protein bar found in my purse from the weekend
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit, caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 hardboiled egg
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken leg meat, baked, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup canned peas
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1762
Fat: 58.2
Carbs: 168.7
Protein: 145.2
I'm at 35% protein and 36% carbs. Really good numbers for me today.
