Whew...Glad to be home now...I'm really ready to retire from working. Too bad I'm not old enough yet...

10:30 am 8 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:45 am sandwich: 4 oz chicken breast, 1 T Mayo, 1 T reli****sp horseradish sauce on two slices black rye bread
11:30 am 16 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:45 pm 16 oz Drink Mix, Peach
2:25 pm 1 medium orange, 1 large hard-boiled egg
2:55 pm 8 oz Drink Mix, Peach
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange caffeinated
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Berry
6:00 pm 4 oz steak, 1/2 broccoli, 1/2 cup NSA Ice Cream

We have all here had the stomach flu.

1 cup of black coffee

2 bottles of water....16 oz. each

dinner was a pasta healthy choice dinner. 240 calories.

That's a very good start! Wonderful.

I'm sure sorry you had the flu there...You'll need to increase your water to keep healthy, especially with the flu.

Also, I wanted to remind you about vitamins. You can't take them on an empty stomach and coffee doesn't count, you know...If you just eat two or three peanuts (I'd love to see a handful of peanuts with your vitamins!) with them or just a cracker or two..That would work but you have to take your vitamins...

Late but I didn't get online yesterday...

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Snack: Pure protein protein bar

Lunch: 1 big slice of thin crust cheese pIzza

Snack:  Protein shake

Dinner: 2 slices of pork roast, 1/2 cup of steamed cabbage & 1/4 cup of pinto beans

Snack: Beef jerky
