Hey Everyone, 

How did the weekend go?  I have to say, I ate perfectly during the week, with my grilled chicken and fish, veggies and 1/2 baked sweet potatoes. I was on the top of the world...  For some reason I didn't do so well during the weekend    If I can get this eating thing right for 7 days instead of 5 or 6 then I will be on my way..  Ok, Kathy don't look back unless you are headed there  

Today is Core day...

Double Crunch          3 sets of 15
Criss Cross legs
Elevated Crunch
Side Dip - Knee to elbow
Bicycle
Side2side crunches

I'm in the same boat with you Kathy!  Doing the exercise but having a hard time being consistent with good eating.  Most times I do okay during the day but lose it at night.  I still supplement with 2 protein drinks a day, but being 4 years out a protein shake does not keep me full for hours like it did during the first two years postop.  I'll keep plugging away...

Exercise today was my workout at Curves.
