Accountability Saturday
Major breakthrough this weekend. I actually got in just about all my water. I drank 3 24 oz containers before noon on Saturday!
B: oatmeal, tvp, applesauce, soy milk,
2B: 3 scrambled eggs (huevos rancheros), 1/3 cup refried beans, 1 oz cheddar cheese and 1 corn tortilla
L: 3.2 oz salmon patty fried and on top of spinach, tomato, moz cheese, salad
S: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts (spread out all afternoon)
D: 5 oz shrimp cooked in lime, garlic and olive oil on top of spinach, tomato salad with raspberry vinagreit..
Dessert: 1/2 cup NSA Ice Cream (nearly gone...I think two more servings) I didn't really finish the whole serving...too full and too tired.

I stayed on track with my eating all week but got a little off yesterday. Was out and about shopping with my daughter all day yesterday.

1 whole wheat special k waffle w/ SF syrup
1 scrambled egg
2 strips of turkey bacon
Lunch:
1/2 a turkey club sammy on wheat
Cup of broccoli n cheese soup
Few of my daughters chips
Dinner:
1 sice of thin crust cheese pizza
3 hot wings
1/2 a garlic bread stick
Snack:
1 scoop of chocolate chip ice cream.. not sf either, the real deal!
