Hey Everyone, 

Yea, it's the weekend....if you have not had a day of rest be sure to do so this weekend.  If you took a day of rest during the week, then it's time to get back to it 

Today and tomorrow is going to be straight cardio for me, no weights.  I will be doing my treadmill today with an incline of 8 and tomorrow will be doing cardio with bag work...

So my friends did You Move To Lose Today?  Come on in and be accountable, feel good and inspire

I'm looking for the intestinal fortitude to get that tread mill out and working again...Maybe I just will try walking alittle and see what I can work myself up to. Thanks!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Throw a great movie on and watch it while you are walking on the treadmill.  Before you know it you will have been on for an hour
