make a list of  your consequences if you dont stop
and your blessings if you do

then  -  make a choice
which do you want?
maybe you should seek professional help

Professional help is a good idea. In the mean time do you have an good friend in real life you can confide in?

You know before I had my WLS almost 2 years ago I made sure that I studied all the possible challenges that I may come accross post up and your situation was a common one.

All I can encourage you to do is put it in the hands of God.  You also have to do some soul searching and learn to luv yourself!   You have worked had to get where you are and WLS  is a difficult change to go thru for anyone on top of the everyday homelife stress.  I tend go thru alot of emontional challenges myself.....but I also just put it in the hands of good to help me through the strom.

I am  sure that you will ok.   I will be sure to keep you in my prayers.

My God Bless You!

Marie,

You've come to far to let this distroy your life!  You have to stop now whether you want to or not!  Have you gone to AA yet?  Get yourself to a meeting!

The other posters have given you the same advice I have -- see a professional counselor and attend a 12-step program like AA.  Remember that you have options and there is help.  Find that little bit of strength inside you to make the first step.  Good luck!

I have received a lot of support and love from the people at SR.

From there you can decide on a program of recovery.

I have been in active recovery for 2 years.  I had surgery over six years ago.
