Friday Morning Weigh in. Let's bring that back
I think it's really important to keep track of our progress or lack of it. So, in an effort to do that, I'm thinking of bringing back the Friday Morning Weigh in...
I'm first (cuz, LOL, it was my idea.)
Last week: 127.8
This week: 126.4
Not good because I really need to stay in one spot and to do that, I need to exercise more..I'm not doing that enough. Twice on the wii in one week for about 31 minutes total? I can do better than that.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
