Well, our federal taxes are filed and state tax forms are printed and ready to sign and mail. I did pretty good today on my food too. AND water. I think the water is just as important as the food some days. Seems a bit strange that I can go so long in the afternoons with no food and only water..Maybe that whole oatmeal/cereal thing isn't working as well as I thought in the mornings..Got to think about it.

List for the day:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:00 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pear
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:00 am 1/2 cup Low Fat cottage cheese w/SF Preserves, 1/4 cup tvp
11:15 am 4 oz chicken breast roasted, 2 slices black rye bread, 1T mayo, 1tsp mustard, 1T Horsey Sauce
12:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Ice Tea
1:30 pm 17 pc Soy Crisps (new treat trying it out) Salt and Vinegar Flavor
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange caffeinated
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
6:00 pm 4 oz Tilapia, 2/3 cup broccoli

Your protein is off the charts for the calorie number you have here. Good work.

From the looks of that one snack it was more like a few small ones, grazing. Sometimes it's not awful to do that when you see numbers like yours.

Keep up the good work and have a nice weekend. See ya.

If you still have a cough, you still have something going on in your lungs...Take it easy on them for a while..Being asthmatic myself, I'm really sensitive to lung issues.

We do alittle disaster training around here. I used to be Safety Manager at a place I worked at and it's serious stuff with the state of the nation and natural disasters (especially here on the west coast: earthquakes)

Good list! Keep up the good work and have a great weekend. See ya.

Seems like a great list to me. I'm not sure the calories are high but the protein looks good.

Isn't it amazing how a half cup of rice will just fill you up and the same of just chicken is hardly anything? I'm trying to find something to substitute for rice but I just haven't come up with it yet.

Keep up the good work.
