Another day of extra water..I'm really going to Wii tonight...I really need to.

10:45 am 1/2 Carne Asada Quesadilla with avocado, 1/8 cup pineapple salsa
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:30 pm 4 oz Dannon Yogurt Fit n Light, 1/4 cup TVP coarse

I'm not sure what is up with the flatbread but I can eat that with little or no problem. I've recently been craving rye bread so I bought a nice loaf of black rye and I'll eat a piece of it occasionally. It stuffs me completely. We also bought Pita pockets (whole wheat ones) and those didn't bother me too bad either but half of one stuffs me.
I'm going to give that Protein Pizza a try here. All that stuff, I have in my fridge and in the cupboards...Sounds really good.

I eat 2 half lunches usually because I really don't have time to eat a whole lunch. So I have a half lunch before lunch break, then do something during my lunch and then eat the other half of my lunch after my lunch break. Like yesterday, I didn't snack all afternoon till dinner..That's strange for me but I like it.

Hey Dawn! I had a good eating day but horrible on water.
B~ 1/2 Cup of hash browns & Turkey sausage pattie
S~ Boiled egg
L~ 1/2 C. of FF refried beans & 1/2 C. of taco seasoned ground beef over lettuce and topped w/ salsa and lite sour cream
S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart & 5 strawberries
D~ Smart One's frozen dinner
S~ Protein shake

It's tough for most people to get in all the water they need. My philosophy is that I use the same tricks and habits that smokers do. I find where they would smoke a cigarette and that's where I add a bottle of water. My husband is a smoker and any time we get into the car, he lights up so I take out a bottle at the same time. When I walk between buildings at work, I take a bottle with me. If it's in my hand, I'll take a sip..It works for me.
Your list is great again! I boiled up some eggs yesterday and I'll have one today...The trick is to keep the menu varied so you don't get bored with it and still stay up on protein and under on calories...It's a hobby!
