Are you sore today? Sore is good, no pain just sore... I took on way too much yesterday and may have to do one body part at a time but increase the sets and reps until I get back in shape. My push and pull days plus cardio was what I was doing months ago. Remember what I said about being flexible....

It's strange for me I get sore day 2 after the workout ....I don't get it

So today for me is cardio....3 miles on the treadmill, incline 6 and cardio boxing workout tonight.

I went to Curves this evening and did my workout. Originally planned to add a walk in during my lunch hour, but work meetings ran over and didn't have time.
Lap RNY 1-31-05
Highest Preop: 280 pounds
Current: 181 pounds
I did well today. I was sick for a couple days so I wasn't able to go to the gym. I did 1 hr on the treadmill 3.5mph on incline 1.5. Then I did 45 mins on the elliptical. Kept my heart rate in the upper 140's.
I plan on getting up earlier so I can do some weight training.
I also watched what I ate today. I cut up some red and green bell peppers, celery and radishes. I also have baby carrots to snack on. I made a refried bean dip. (Can of refried pinto beans. I added some taco seasoning, additional garlic and onion powder and a heck of alot of cayenne pepper) The dip didn't taste to good with the celery or radishes. haha. In your opinion is this dip healthy to snack on? or is there something else that would be better?
