I attended local support group last night for people with eating issues. Most of it is answering questions of pre-ops and newly out. It's fun but I really want to get to talk about oldie issues and food addictions...Ah well. We do what we have to.

Here's my list for the day:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Cherry Limeade
8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium pear
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Iced Tea
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:30 am 5 oz chicken breast, 2/3 cup salad greens including spinach, 1 oz rasp vinaigrette
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
12:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:30 pm 16 whole grain crackers, 1 oz cheese, 2T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
2:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
6:00 pm 1/2 Carne Asada Quesadilla, with avocado (yummy!)

8:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Ice Tea

You'll notice, I got ALL my water and then some in..When I got home after 8 pm, I had another half bottle of water. I was floatin in it yesterday. And for that reason, I lost most of a pound over night, I think.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1689
Fat: 69.1
Carbs: 157.2
Protein: 118.8

Not too bad. I like seeing 127.4 on the scale this morning too. So the day yesterday was a win-win...I went to support, dh was okay with that, I ate good and lost part of a pound...

OH..And while I was at the allergist office, they said they want to re-evaluate my allergies to determine if I'm DONE getting shots! Woo Hoo...I had an AWESOME day yesterday.

How did you do? Brag if you want..I sure did. LOL.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I just noticed something. Ladson, the town you live in, is the same as my great grandmother's maiden name...Ladson. I do genealogy so those things are interesting to me. When I was searching for information on her father, George Ladson, I found alot of leads pointing to South Carolina but unfortunately, they were in Michigan and immigrated straight from england about 1840..No southern roots on that tree...LOL. All northerners. Oh well.

Your list looks really good. I was tempted to have a grilled cheese sandwich on my support group night but went for the quesadilla instead..Such a creature of habit!

You did great. Keep up the good work. See ya.
