Tax time...So that ruined my weekend...I was having a wonderful time up until I started trying to do the taxes. I do this all day long, five days a week and STILL the federal convaluted crap makes me feel stupid. Ah well. Keep trying.

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, dried mango (just alittle)

S: 1 oz cheese stick 1 pc turkey deli meat

L: small bean and cheese burrito

S: 1 slice rye bread, 3 oz roasted chicken breast, spinach, tomato, mustard (a sandwich!)

D: 4 oz beef steak cut fajita style, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese and half a pita bread, wheat. 

Totals for the day: 

Calories: 1656
Fat: 55.7
Carbs: 157.9
Protein: 132.2

I drank about 3/4 of what I needed. We walked all over, even in the rain.

We need to do our taxes;yikes! We went to the beach, it was so windy and cold but it did not rain. I did not run or Zumba but we walked alot and climbed up a lighthouse;135 steep steps. I was huffing by the time we fot to the top, but I was trying to go fast to get my heart rate up; it worked! I had 2 pieces of SF candt fromour favorite candy shop; it is all homemade and they have a very nice selection of SF.

0830-protein drink
1130-1/2 omellette, 1/2 hashbrowns and a bite of biscuit w jelly
1500-apple, rf wheat thins, sf candy
1730-chicken,1/4 corn on the cob, 2 bites mac n cheese and 1 bite mashed potatoes, 2 small bites corn muffin
2000-small bowl of popcorn and a skinny cow
All my water, missed my viatamins and such. I actually did not take them on purpose; I never know when they are going to upset my stomach and did not want any troubles with a road trip. We are watching Kit Ketteridge DVD now then I am off to bed.

When we go to Solvang (up on the coast) I get alot of walking in seeing all those shops. And that Danish Candy Shop has Sugar free candy too...LOVE THAT STUFF...but, of course, I can't over do it or I'll be paying later.

B) Turkey bacon BLT on low carb bread, 1 oz cheese
L) 2 oz meatloaf, 1 tablespoon turnip greens, 1 tablespoon field peas, 1/3 corn muffin
S) 2 tablespoons of yucky lentil soup
D) 3 oz chopped sirloin, 1 tablespoon garlic mashed potatoes, 1/2 small side salad with full fat dressing, 1/2 yeast roll
S) Slice turkey, slice American cheese
2 diet cookes, 3 -20 oz bottles water, 16oz coffee.
All the usual vitamins, Benefiber, Colace, blah, blah, blah.

Not really worth eating if it's yucky, I figure! Sometimes I'll just taste something and decide it's not pouch worthy..LOL.

My dad did my taxes for me this year, thank GOD! I owe student loans so they have been taking my income tax for the past 3 years but this year, I get to keep it because I have been paying on my student loans.

Anyway, I had a good eating day yesterday..

Breakast: 1 fried egg & 4 strips of bacon

Snack: Apple & carb/sugar control yogart

Lunch: Ham, cheese, lettuce, cuke slices and red onion in a LC wheat tortillia & WW Yogart

Snack: Boiled egg

Dinner: Smart Ones frozen dinner & few peices of leftover steamed broccoli

Snack: 1.5 oz of Beef jerky

Dawn goes to a WLS meeting in town from 6:30 to 8:30 and gets home quite late. She will probably be back here in the morning.
