Sunday. Slow, quiet day. I guess the rain and snow is coming..

B: oat bran cereal, 1/2 a raw pear, 1 cup soy milk, 1/4 cup tvp. This will be the first and last time I have the oat bran. I had a hypoglycemic reaction to it. Whether it was the combo of the pear with it or not...

S: 1 oz mozzarella stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat and 1/8 cup honey roasted peanuts

S: 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light

2B: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup home fries with peppers and mushrooms, 1/2 oz ounce cheddar cheese

S: 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light

L: 2 oz Salmon, 1/2 oz mayo, 1/2 oz reli**** whole grain crackers, 1T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter

S: Several cups of coffee and 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal light

D: 4.5 oz roasted chicken breast meat, 3/4 small potato, baked. 1 cup salad with lettuce, spinach, tomatoes

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1770
Fat: 76.6
Carbs: 159.1
Protein: 135.3

Now, if I can get on the Wii tonight for even 10 minutes, I'll be happy. Wish me luck..I need some backbone!

Hey dawn; are you off tomorrow? I am taking the day off and we are driving to the beach. It will be gray, cold and rainy but oh well we still enjoy it. Did you wii? I went to Zumba but there was a sub and I didi not get my usual workout. I was a little disappointed. I knew I should of just went for a run once I saw the sub but I didi not want to hurt her feelings. I ate too much!
B-1/2 waffle wprotein in the batter, sf strawbeery sauce and coolwhip
S-lite swiss cheese
L applesause NSA and 2 slices delite pizza
S--100 cal pack cookies
S-rf whaet thins
D-lite english wheat muffin, fried egg, 2% cheese and lite mayo
S-frosted cookie at church we were helping with an indoor picnic for kids kindergarten and younger
S-lite swiss, salami and rf wheat thins
All my water, vitamins, iron and 1 hour of Zumba

I did wii last night. I didn't wii for too long. Only 10 minutes and then the body test.  It actually told me to take it easy if I wasn't exercising regularly! I'll increase it to 15 minutes tonight.

I know what you mean about the sub. The regular trainer probably wanted a day off and the sub needs to experience...It sort of changes up your workout though so it can be a good thing.

The beach sounds great. We could do that too and it would be cold and rainy there too. I'm thinking house work and laundry and hang it in the house and a nice fire in the fireplace..Maybe some baking.

You did good on your list. I didn't get all my water and those couple of sips of wine which weren't even enough to count maybe dehydrated me alittle.

Hey Dawn,
I was able to get through valentines day without eating any candy but had a few peices today.

Breakfast: 
1 boiled egg
Pack of grits

Snack:
2 SF turtles

Lunch:
Other half of my Tbone steak from last nights dinner
Steamed broccoli w/ no cal spray butter

Snack:
Boiled egg
1 SF turtle

Dinner:
2 Baked chicken drumsticks
1/4 Cup of brown rice
3 asparagus spears

Snack:
4 medium strawberries
Protein hot chocolate

Sugar Free Candy isn't bad. It just adds alot of unnecessary calories. It's not bad at all.
