Well, I messed up AGAIN! Ate something I should have checked out first.

B: malt-o-meal, tvp, half a mashed pear, soy milk

2B: Jack in the Box, Meaty Breakfast Burrito (to my disgust, this was 610 calories! I could have done well with the 32 grams of protein but 610 calories pushed me way high!)

L: 1.5 cups of left over tostada from last night. No margarita this time...

S: nothing but containers of water...four of them for the day. 24 x 4

D: 4 oz canned salmon, 1 oz mayo, 1T hamburger relish..and one slice of black rye bread. I've been craving rye bread for some time and bought a loaf I can leave in the freezer and have it when I want. 83 calories a slice...Not bad.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1765
Fat: 77.4
Carbs: 151.9
Protein: 117.7

I could have did better today but it's a holiday (haha)

B: fiber one cereal w/ 1/2 a bananna and 2 strawberries w/ milk
L: chicken w/ cheesy green beans
S: 1 mini 3 musketeers mint (Oh so good!)
D: I pigged out - hubby fault. We got chinese and pizza.
I ate some Happy Family, some house fried rice, 2 crab rangoons AND 2 fried wontons. (Couldn't find the rangoons on fitday)
Also I didn't log the calories for the cannoli I sampled (few bites - not on fitday either) and the small bite of nutella tartlet. So my numbers aren't accurate.

Calories: 1405
Fat: 61.7
Carbs: 142.2
Protein: 80.4

But I did do 5 miles on the elliptical in a hour. Does that cancel the pizza out???

I went to Winco so that I could have some chocolate myself. I bought SF Chocolate Covered Mint Patties and I bought SF Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups too...One of those is all I can handle and they dont' do any sugar damage to me.

I get to craving stuff and I know I can put off having it for a while but will eventually have to have just alittle...That's why I have sugar free cookies and chocolate around.

You did good! Good numbers even if you add a hundred or even two to the calories. I usually find the nutritional values of things from a website of a corporation that serves those things on their menu...Like McDonalds or Jack in the Box...Or Chili's..Those places have an on line menu and nutritional values. The bad thing is that I don't know when I'm going over to the place, exactly what I'm gonna have when I get there so it's after the fact. Sometimes...it's not good.

But you did good. Keep up the good work. Yes. I think 5 miles cancels out the pizza! LOL.
