Accountability - Friday! Woo Hoo
I got two extra hours of weekend today when the boss decided to cut us loose because of snow. The traffic was horrible cuz people in California don't know snow from their tail ends but ... I made it home alright and we went to dinner, dh and ds...for Valentine's day. I have the best son in the world...What a kid.
AND I had a part of a margarita with dinner (well, mostly before dinner)

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 3T Malto Meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk,
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (and my vitamins)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink, Propel Fi****er, Peach
7:45 am 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat, 1 package Pringles Wheat Honey Stix.
8:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
9:45 am 3 mini sweet pickles
10:20 am 1 medium grapefruit, 1 T Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach
12:15 pm 4 oz chicken breast baked, 1/4 cup pineapple salsa, 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1
T Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter

A margarita sounds yummy! No snow here today but we did get some on Monday, but it was gone by Tuesday afternoon. I am feeling so much better since that flu last week; just a hacking cough left now. I cannot believe how bad I felt and how long it has taken to get back on track.

I am easing back into exercise I did Zumba on WQednesday and tonight I ran for 2 miles; not really ran but slow jog! I did not go for my group run this morning it started raining and I was not going to run in the rain. I will run later today indoors at the Y.

I did really well today. I went to the gym and worked my butt off. That elliptical machine is so wonderful! After I got home from the gym I was starved. (I like to go to the gym in the morning when I get up. I can't eat right away because I'm on thyroid meds and I don't want to work out with a full stomach)
B: BBQ baked chicken with some cheesy greenbeans. I also had one wheat cracker with peanut butter on it. (YUM)
L: A junior whopper (Hold the bread)
S: tried Hummus for the first time - not to bad. with a couple of multigrain tortilla chips (Target brand are awesome)
D: Salad (lettuce, tom, bell pepper, hard boiled egg)
S: a few cashews and then I had some carrots.

I have noticed that if I have to log what you put in your mouth I tend to not eat it. haha

What ever it takes to get control of what you put in your mouth! I know, logging really makes a difference!
Your body is telling you, you used up all the fuel you put in before the elliptical and that's a good thing! You did awesome. I've heard the rule is that when EVER you have carbs of any kind, you should have a protein too. I do that for the most part.
You did awesome! Keep up the good work. If I could just get on the Wii in the evening, I'd do even better and be able to stay up alittle later in the evening. I'm falling asleep at 7 pm each night and it's really cutting into my television time. LOL. Maybe tonight...
