Accountability - Wednesday
Well, I guess I'm gonna have to go to the dentist finally...I took a drink of hot coffee this evening and ouch...damn it. I HATE the dentist. Who else do you PAY to hurt you?
List for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 oz instant grits, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, handful of dried mango
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (and my vitamins)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
7:45 am 1 oz cheese stick (and an added extra Calcium Citrate)
8:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am NSA Single Serving Apple Pie. Yummy but I'm sure I'll pay for that. MANY carbs.
10:15 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:00 am 3 oz chicken breast, 2/3 cup lettuce, 1/8 cup jicama, 2/3 small tomato, 1/2 oz Italian blend cheese, 1/2 oz raspberry vinaigrette
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
12:45 pm 1 oz chicken breast 1/3 cup lettuce, 1/8 cup jicama, 1/3 small tomato,1/2 oz Italian Blend cheesse,1/2 oz raspberry vinaigrette and 2 sugar free oatmeal cookies
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated plus 12 oz more water added
2:30 pm 12 oz more water added to the above bottle.
3:00 pm 1 medium orange raw
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch
6:30 pm 4 oz Basa Fillet, grilled 1 cup of Rice-A-Roni. well, maybe not a whole cup but it was good enough to count it as that much.

Fat: 60.9
Carbs: 176.0 (yup, off the charts)
Protein: 116.0
Not too bad. Could have been much worse. I'm less than 30% protein. Time to get my lazy butt in and on the wii. I can't do the aerobics tonight (allergy shots) but I can yoga, darn it.

B: 1 boiled egg & turkey sausage patty
S: Beef jerky & Carb/sugar control yogart
L: Ham, cheese, lettuce, red onion, cuke slices and ff honey mustard in a low carb wheat tortillia
S: Power crunch bar
D: Tyson steak strips, shrimp, onions, peppers and broccoli over brown rice
S: 4 strawberries & SF chocolate pudding cup.. my version of chocolate covered strawberries.. lol
I thought my calories would of been higher than this. I rather stay between 1200 and 1300 calories so my weight is stable. When I drop calories like this, I loose weight but gain it back plus more fast!

Yeah, the low calories can cause problems. Maybe you shorted yourself on some of your intake. Sometimes I guess the amounts but I could be wrong. Maybe you guessed low instead of high?
