Well, I'm getting back where I should be after that fiasco at Chili's Monday...

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 oz instant grits, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, handful of dried papaya
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
8:00 am 1 oz cheese stick . 1/8 cup roasted soy nuts
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
  9:30 am 1 medium raw apple
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
11:00 am left over chicken casserole from two nights ago (chicken, beans, potato, cream of chicken soup)
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
2:15 pm 1 hard boiled egg, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, 1/16 cup Chocolate Covered Coffee Beans
2:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
3:45 pm 1 medium orange raw

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange caffeinated

6:00 pm 4 oz lean ground beef, 1 green pepper cooked (stuffed bell pepper) 

That's all..I may have another drink if I decide to Wii but I'm feeling lazy tonight. Need to kick my own butt over that but it's so cold..

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs & 1 turkey sausage pattie

Snack: WW Yogart

Lunch: Smart One's frozen dinner

Snack: Boiled egg & Carb/Sugar control yogart

Dinner: Grilled pork chop & Garden salad w/ FF italian 

Snack: Protein shake

Great list! Great numbers too. Look at that carb number! I usally don't even look at mine (cuz it's higher than the protein number, ticks me off alittle) but your's is awesome!

B) 1 egg, grits, biscuit, 2 pieces turkey sausage
L) 1/2 cup beef stew, 1/2  of 1 slice fried green tomato, 2 tablespoons green beans, 1 tablespoon cabbage
S) 2 SF popcicles
D) Beef bacon BLT on low carb bread, crusts trimmed
S) Tuna salad sandwich on low carb bread, crusts trimmed
S) !/2 cup cottage cheese w/ SF jello

I probably had 100 oz water and 2 diet Cokes and peed 10 times today! Didn't check any values, so no idea, but the protein looks good.
