They are saying we are going to break some records today. So I am getting out and biking, walking the dog and doing all my exercise outside. I've been having fun watching your Move to Lose posts but don't check in regularly enough to be a good participant. But today I had a rare day off work and got on my treadmill AND did situps on my balance ball. Abs and legs are sore and that's a good thing.
After being inspired by Shelley (aka Eggface) I also roasted a big pan of veggies and when I was bad and grazed at least it was on some yummy veggies. Also have a pot of her 2-day soup on the stove now and will be enjoying it tomorrow. It'll be another day back at work tomorrow for my regular exercise but I plan to get on the treadmill again...time to train for the Bloomsday road race in May!
