Hey dawn, you did good today. I am feeling better, much less achy but still feel like iv'e been whupped with a tired stick! I am about to watch Mrs. Doubtfire with my daughter for our saturday movie night. I will probably watch it with my eyes closed.

I take both kinds of calcium just to be sure I'm getting enough. Two chewable Calcium Carbonate and one (HUGE) calcium citrate...I can't take them before I eat so I have to take them after something.
I didn't know they had the reduced sugar brownies. The reduced sugar cake mix is really good. I don't even need the frosting on them...But they are really addictive and I guess they really make me want more carbs so I have to be careful.
I'm glad you're feeling better. Yeah, I can hear that Zumba calling you...
I LOVE Mrs Doubtfire! So funny.
Keep up the good work. See ya.

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Weight is still stable. My calories vary a lot from day to day. Some days it's around 1000, and some days it may be 1800-2000. I'm working on protein, and taking enough calcium and D.
I always get 80-100oz liquids in.

Very good! Stable and maintenance is what we all shoot for. I have trouble with my mind and putting on a couple pounds but I think I had a major breakthrough yesterday. I have not worn my hiphuggers for some time because I saw a muffin top last time. (That little pooch that is pushed up over the top of the waist band of jeans, especially hiphuggers) I've been working on my core muscles on Wii and doing ab exercises. Yesterday, I put on the hiphuggers and (WOW) no muffin top! So even though I have put on a couple of pounds, I'm showing signs of success in getting the bulge under control!
You're doing awesome! Keep up the good work. I figure if I'm consuming more calories and showing firming, I"m winning! Woo Hoo.

Plenty of rest and plenty of fluids...That's the ticket! I'm sorry you aren't feeling well. That flu stuff really sucks.
You know, I'll probably get it right before we leave for our cruise in March...BLAH..That would be my luck.
You got more protein for the calories so you did good. Keep pushing the fluids and rest! Feel better. See ya.
