8:00 am 1 salmon patty 3.2 oz, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
11:00 am œ cup Brussel sprouts
12:30 pm 3 Del Taco soft tacos
1:00 pm 1/4 glazed donut (WHAT WAS I THINKING?)

Hello ladies. I think I'm coming down with a cold or something. My throat is sore and I feel all yucky! I'm low on calories and protein today but I did the best I could considering how I feel!
Breakfast:
1 pack of instant grits with cheese
1 boiled egg
Snack:
WW Yogurt
Lunch:
1/2 Cup of Manhattan clam chowder
1/2 a salad.. cheese, ham, red onion, cukes, boiled egg and FF Italian
Snack:
Carb/Sugar control yogurt
Dinner:
1 Cup of Manhattan clam chowder
Rest of my salad from lunch
Snack:
Protein hot chocolate
Breakfast:

Salmon patty and peanutbutter? That is an intersting combo! I am still not feeling well, all achy and tired with a dry cough. I feel like I am getting a sore thriat and earaches as well. I am as whiny as a man! I have not had the flu in 10 years, and am grateful for that!

1900-few bites chicken and my duaghters macNcheese- went to the deli to get her dinner.
I am working on my second big bottle of propel, and I did not take any vitamins and no exercise. I stayed in bed most of the day; tomorrow will be better! I did take my daughter to the movie Coraline becaue I had promised; I do not know if it was good or not, I kind of dozed or at least kept my eyes closed. The 3D glasses were making my head pound even more than it already was. Morgan said it was good but a little scary at times.

LOL. Not WITH the peanut butter. I actually cooked the salmon patty before I left for work and ate it cold. Marinated in lime juice and garlic for over a day and then fried up. Then cooled down and eaten kind of like a salmon cookie (no bun or fork). then after I ate that I wanted something sweet sort of for dessert so I have my own jar of peanut butter at work and dipped a butter knife in it...yum.
I use propel bottles to gauge wha****er I drink all day. They're easy to get ice into and work pretty well with packets of Crystal Light. I have one on the way to work, three during the day and another one on the drive home. Sometimes I have one or a half of one when I'm on the wii...
Sorry about the achy head. If the 3D glasses were making you feel bad, it's definitely in your sinuses..Nasty flu stuff. When you're sick, exercise is not necessary..Not even recommended. You're already weak from the bug so don't feel too bad about not.
You do still need to take your vitamins so for that you get a kick in the butt...
