9:45 am 1 oz Mozzarella Cheese Stick, 1 pc Turkey Deli meat
10:15 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10:30 am 1 med apple
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
12:30 pm 2/3 cup spaghetti squash and 2/3 cup meat sauce
1:30 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
2:00 pm 1 Snack Pack SF Pudding, 1/4 cup TVP granules
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Splash
6:00 pm 2 pork meat tacos: 4 oz pork roast, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 2 corn tortillas
7:00 pm 2 Pillsbury Reduced Sugar Cupcakes (equals 1/12 package or 1 slice cake)
