Accountability - Tuesday
Today was not my finest hour...Too much emotional stress today. So I didn't want to eat when I got home. I managed to eat the fish but the other stuff...nothing. And I'm sore from doing squats (or lunges) and didn't do wii either. My thighs are sore and that's just a measily excuse but, it's all I could come up with.

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk
6:30 am 1/8 cup honey roasted peanuts
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
8:45 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:30 am 1 TJ Chicken Patty, 1 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Blueberry
12:45 pm 4 oz ceviche, 16 whole grain crackers, 1 T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
1:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
2:00 pm 1 hardboiled egg
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Splash
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz fish, 1/8 mashed potatoes
6:30 pm 1 oz kettle corn, microwave single serving
I could have skipped the kettle corn...should have skipped the kettle corn..Ah well.

How did you do today? Whether I was straight and true or whether I jumped the tracks...I'll be back tomorrow to try again. I so want a reuben sandwich tomorrow. I may be sick tomorrow night if I have one but it might even be worth it...
