Yeah, Mondays suck...Tuesdays are right up there but Mondays do suck...My trouble is keeping to a schedule on the weekends when I'm not working. Left to my own devices, I can't keep it all together.

Hello, I had an all right day except no exercise. I set my alarm but decided to sleep in. I hate getting up early; I need to work on that! I have never thought of adding protein to my pancake batter; I will try that next week. I do not like blueberries except in pancakes. I tried the ricotta pancakes before they were all right but I prefer my Bisquick ones.

1700-NSA applesauce and a handful of rf wheat thins
1830-scrambled eggs w cheese, veggie sausage and 1/2 light english muffin w sf jelly
2030 FF,SF choc pudding and baked cheetos
All my water forgot my calcium and only i multi vitamin today. I have another week of being out of the office more than in; I need to plan ahead better to get my vitamins. I think I am tired because of it; or it could be working 6 days a week and going through alot of stress at work and home! I am all right, everything will settle down. I am grateful for the opportunity to work extra, I know many people out there are struggling to get enough hours to support their families and one of my nurses is dealing with stage 4 ovarian cancer that has spread; I have nothing to whine about!

I actually did get exercise in but paid for it by not getting the house set up for bed. The back room got left open and so the heater ran all night. That thing can cost us up to $10 a day to run. Lovely. As if we don't have enough money already.

1 16 oz bottle water on the way to work - wait 30 mins
1 protein bar (20g of protein) Pure Protein Bar - no sugars

2 cups of coffee
Snack - small bananna
Lunch - protein bar - same as breakfast with a small peice of cheese
1 20 oz bottle of water before 3pm
snack - cheese or peice of fruit
Dinner - grilled chicken, with cheese, a few grapes
Some nights I might have a glass of wine.
I do cardio for 30 mins every day and weights 4 days a week.

Looks like you're getting about 80 grams of protein per day to me.
Are you still losing? Are you at goal?
The list looks really good if you are wanting to lose weight but protein bars are gaseous (LOL)

The pat answer is more protein and more water...That's what breaks a stall. Try getting your protein up over 100 grams and drink more like a half gallon to a gallon of water..
