Hey Everyone 

Super bowl Sunday is over.... Did you stay strong or eat all day long?  If you ate all day long then let's get Back On Track with our exercise today.

I did extra cardio today....3 miles on the treadmill and boxing tonight.

Hey Kathy,
I'm getting back on track and I DID move to lose today.  I did a little over 30 mins of cardio (Boost Metabolism with Jullian Michaels off of exercise tv).  That cardio routine is about a hour long and it kicked my butt! haha but I'm going to stick with it.  I also started the 5DPT today and i'm doing great with it.
