Accountability - Sunday
Well, I did manage to do 40 minutes of Wii tonight. Church, out to breakfast...alittle shopping. Walmart was suppose to have bright colored jeans (my fav) but they were OUT! rats! So cleaning, wii and alittle football. I don't like football but the game was really exciting.
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, mashed papaya, coffee
2B: 2 eggs, home fries, cheese, ground taco seasoned meat
L: nothing
S: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
S: 3 SF wafer cookies
D: 4 oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup brussel sprouts (yumo!)
Dessert: decaf with swiss miss...
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1502
Fat: 77.2
Carbs: 94.7
Protein: 117.6
Keeping the calories sort of down today effected the protein alittle...But it was all good. Not enough water, I'll admit but I get so much during the week...I try on the weekends but it never works quite right.

I had a carb heavy day! I will do better tomorrow. My DH woke up on the wrong side of the bed today and it has just been an awful day. sunday is usually my favorite day of the week.
0900-Bisquick Heart healthy BB pancakes w SF apricot jelly
1100- string cheese
1300-california Kitchen Thin crust pizza
1630 string cheese and RF wheat thins
1730-1/2 hamburger patty w bun
1930- other half burger w bun
1 hour of zumba. I came into work and am here now running reports trying to get a jump start on tomorrow and to get away from crabby hubby! Actually as the day went on he settled down. I think I got my viatamins and water and such. Good Night!

With the hour of zumba, I seriously think you need the carbs! I made myself pancakes a while back but I put protein powder in them (vanilla blends right in) and I've tried cottage cheese pancakes too...I think I'd rather have two silver dollar regular pancakes (maybe with protein powder) and some sugar free syrup or sf jelly...Maybe next weekend (I'm in a rut during the week).

It's more of a philsophical "not the same." I'm the same on the inside but not really. I see food differently. I'm trying to change my relationship with food. I don't look the same. I don't act the same...On alot of levels, I'm not the same.
I'm holding steady at my goal weight (within a few pounds) for a year and a half (RNY July 2006) since I hit goal but only because I'm not the same. I refuse to go back to "normal" eating.

Hey Dawn.. I had a busy weekend. Didn't get online one time.
I did good with my eating except I grazed on too many chips sunday at the super bowl party.
Saturday:
B~ 2 boiled eggs
S~ Protein shake
L~ Grilled chicken sammy from Mcdonalds
S~ WW Yogart
D~ 2 eggs scrambled w/ cheese, 2 strips of turkey bacon & 1 slice of toast
S~ 90 Calorie granola bar
Sunday:
B~ Boiled egg
L~ 1 Cup of chili
D~ 3 hot wings, 2 deviled eggs, 3 pizza rolls, 2 meatballs, 4 jumbo shrimp
& too much chips and salsa that munched on all night!
s~ Small peice of chocolate cake.
