Accountability - Saturday
I think I did alright. I felt like I ate all day but we did some good walking and shopping..Vacuuming, washing the dog..I need more exercise but I'm alittle gunshy after the stomach thing...
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce (tomrrow is going to be pureed papaya) and coffee
2B: 3 egg omelet (ortega and swiss), 1/4 cup home fries, 1 slice bacon, 1 slice wheat toast
L: 4 oz ceviche, 16 whole grain crackers, 1 oz FF cream cheese
S: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
D: extra lean ground beef, 1 flour tortilla, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa
Dessert: decaf with swiss miss..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1799
Fat: 84.1
Carbs: 141.2
Protein: 124.9
Just relaxing at home tonight. My little (well, not so little anymore, puppy, clean and resting by my side). Tomorrow I get to watch the highest priced commercials of the year (cuz I don'****ch the game except for the commercials) or we'll head to the dollar movies...I wanna see Chihuahua, I think.

I'm back!!!! I work a lot of hours and miss the board. Also I gained 4 pounds above what i wanted to weigh and have been working on getting it off...success!!!

L) 2 wings, 1 chicken egg roll, tablespoon rice, rice cookie
D) Big bowl curried potato and spinach soup
Feeling a little bloated, so I probably won't have a snack tonight. I'm always watching for that partial small bowel obstruction to come back!

Good for you! Short list. The protein looks a little low but you did awesome...
I have such a hard time not snacking in the evening. I found decaf, swiss miss works for me. Sweet enough that it seems like dessert but liquid so it doesn't stay heavy on my stomach.
