Ugh! I didn't send my list home from work and now the work email is down so I can't see when I ate and drank what....Silly me!

We went out to a buffet meal tonight with friends and had a WONDERFUL time. Met old friends, met new ones..The food was awesome. Prime Rib! Yumo!

So from memory, here it is: 

B: oatmeal, tvp, applesauce, soy milk, coffee

S: Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss (the way I always drink coffee!) 

S: 1 oz cheese stick and 1 medium pear

L: 2 oz chicken thigh on a salad of lettuce, jicama, zucchini and an ounce of french dressing

S: hard boiled egg and 4 oz papaya, raw

D: 6 oz of prime rib (two THIN slices) that was so tender it was practically slider food. 1/2 cup mashed potatoes (to DIE for, believe me, I'm so stuffed I'm dying!)with aju; some steamed veggies and a small (smallest in the bowl) dinner roll..no butter...and a half cup mixed salad greens and italian dressing (which I split with dh cuz he forgot to get salad dressing...) We sat and talked and ate for two hours...

I had four 24 oz containers of water and 3 cups of coffee all day long. I'm gonna have a cup of decaf/cocoa in a few minutes; before bed...To warm up my tummy and help me sleep.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1794
Fat: 80.3
Carbs: 150.3
Protein: 123.9

Protein is 28% so that's near perfect...I'm so stuffed...I know I over did it for dinner..

How did you do? I'm back to normal I think. I may even gain back part of that four pounds I lost being sick.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I had a good to fair  day yesterday but no exercise!
0800-protein bar
1000-cheese stick reduced fat wheat thins and half a danish-I was at a conference all day
1200-1/2 turkey sandwich and salad
1400-oatmeal raison cookie
1600-other 1/2 turkey sandwich
1700-kettle cor Quaker rice crisps; or something like that
1900-hamburger gravy on low carb bread
2000- WW snack cake
Lots of tea at the conference; I though tit was caffeine free obviously not as I could not fall asleep until midnight! I also got all my water in. I had more carbs than I wanted but I resisted far more than I ate.

I have such a problem with the snacks at work. That's where the mini muffin came from...I figured I could say no to any of them that had nuts or maybe even LOOK like they had nuts (cuz I'm allergic) but the blueberry ones didn't go away fast enough and when there was one left and it was nearly quitting time...I had to put it out of my misery!

Half a danish wasn't bad. Even the raisen cookie wasn't bad..You did wonderful, all things considered. I'm not sure what you could do to fix the caffeine intake so that you could sleep...Warm milk? LOL.
