What a day! I'm on the mend for sure. I got it all in. Including 120 ounces of water!
List for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
8:30 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 medium pear
9:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Peach
10:00 am 1 hard-boiled egg
11:00 am 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1 oz ****tail sauce
11:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Peach
12:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
2:30 pm 3 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
6:30 pm 4.5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/2 cup green peas from frozen, 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts Totals for the day: Calories: 1595 Fat: 57.2 Carbs: 125.0 Protein: 152.5 Considering that I got 39% protein today, that 120 ounces of water works nicely. I'm headed off to wii but it won't be aerobic cuz I got my allergy shots today and that's a no-no.

Good job! I forgot alot of my vitamins for the days I was sick...So I'm not feeling all that confident in myself but I'll do better and feel better abougt it in a few days...Getting back on track sure feels good!

You know if all you're gonna eat is protein you HAVE to drink water or your kidneys will shut down!
A cookie with the coffee would help or some honey roasted peanuts.. A couple or a handful. Something.
You know you have to eat. You hear your kids ***** at you enough to know.
Asside from that. How you been? I've missed seeing you around. I was so sick with the stomach flu that I couldn't eat but 300 calories and thought of you...Not the most pleasant way to pass the time, so weak from no food that you can't see or think straight. I didn't even remember for 24 hours that I had stuff for diarrhea in the cupboard! No food to the brain cells is really BAD STUFF...
