Hey Everyone 

Well it's been almost 30 days since we were all rah, rah, about getting back on track with food, exercise, vitamins or what ever we wanted to improve on...  How we doing? 

If you are right on, FABULOUS, keep it up    If it's been hit or miss, don't worry it's a good start    If you have given up and feel like you failed again    DON'T  

Take it one day at a time, and feel good about what you have done today, before  you know it today will become a week and a week a month...    So get out those sweats and let's MOVE TO  LOSE  

I did 3 miles on the treadmill today and hope to do some free weights tonight after work 

So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintain Today?  Come on in and let's get going

Hi Kathy,
Yesterday is was water aerobics, today after work it's weight lifting class. In addition to that I will take a walk here at work during breaktime. Have a great day! Love your posts. Keep em moving!
