I am just now recovering from stomach flu...I did alright on water today but calories and protein was low...
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
10:00 am 1 oz cheese stick
11:00 am 4 oz ceviche
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
12:30 pm 1 small dinner roll, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter
1:45 pm 1/4 cup whipped cream frosting from a dulce de leche cake (taking a chance but it looked so good)
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit (caffeinated)
6:00 pm 3 oz chicken thigh/leg meat, 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 flour tortilla Totals for the day:
Calories: 1150
Fat: 38.2
Carbs: 110.5
Protein: 94.5
Actually, I ate the roll because at that moment my protein was like 46%...Too high!

OMG, I need to do better. I felt like I did better today but I guess everything I ate was low calorie. Tomrrow's a better day!

You'll do better. It's after the holidays slump, I figure. Or spring is taking too long slump. Winter is a really bad time in most parts of the country. When I start feeling that cabin fever thing I go outside in the sunshine and that usually helps. Of course, I have to bundle up cuz it's COLD out there. A nice short walk out there in the sunshine usually helps me feel lots better.
Your list was pretty good, just really short. I boiled me up some eggs the other day...I may have a couple of those today..or at least one.

I hope you are back to normal soon and DH. It was a long week last week with our daughter ill with the flu. I am so glad I did not get it or my hubby; he is whinier than any child! I had an all righ day.

1200-1/2 roast beef panina
1300- 1/2 roast beef panini
1430-quaker low fat chewy granola bar
1700-1/2 cup fage w 1/2 cup kashi
1930-fried egg sandwich on low carb bread
1127 net calories after a 30 minute run nearly 100 grams of protein and 148 grams of carbs. I need to add my V-8 back again when I am not getting enough veggies. I am trying to help my 8 year old do a timeline report on a past president. I am having a hard time with it and I have a masters degree; how do they expect an 8 year old to do this? She missed a whole week of school last week so we have been doing homework like crazy but she is also still drained from the flu; she has fallen asleep by 8PM all week.

You did good! With the running, you need the carbs.
Yeah, I love my V-8 Juice to add the veggie essence. I cycle back to it usually in the summer cuz it tastes SO good cold. I'm eating apples right now cuz they're on sale...lol. I take them to work, at least. Whether I get the chance to eat them...maybe.
