Well, I'm on the mend but now dh is down with it. Stomach flu is just nasty! I'm glad it's over, hopefully. I got alot done but we'll see tomorrow how I feel.

List for the day (keep in mind, I'm afraid to eat):

B: 1 packet instant grits, 1 oz soy protein powder, 1 cup soy milk (butter buds, splenda)

Snack: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts

L: 1 cup tomato soup, 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat

Snack: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: Homemade beef stew, about 1 and a half cups

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1397
Fat: 63.3
Carbs: 90.9
Protein: 129.5

Its going to take a while to get the stew down cuz it's really full of all sorts of meat and veggies but I'm gonna try. I can't wii tonight cuz dh is sleeping in there but being sick is a good excuse, right?

How did you do today?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Not a good eating day. I am seriously going through some kind of depression "thing". Not sure what it is.  I'm just not eating enough. I hate when I do this because I loose weight fast but as soon as I get back to my normal calorie range, it comes back even quicker plus a few more lbs.  I usually plan my meals the night before but lately I haven't.
People think I'm crazy when I say this but... Life was so much easier for me when I was 450 lbs!

Here's the damage...

B~ Pure protein bar

S~ WW Yogart

L~ Salad.. ham, cheese, red onion, cukes, ff dressing

S~ Serving of baked tortillia chips
3 tablespoons of salsa

D~ Lean Cuisine Frozen dinner

Well, with being sick and losing 4 pounds in a day I can sure understand it! Take it really easy and just try and feel better.

Yes, food was such a different "being" when we were bigger.

You did good. Keep up the good work. Come "back" slowly and the damage shouldn't be too bad.

See ya.
