weigh****chers points????
I've noticed every once in a while someone asks about this or that "diet" which leads me to this question:
Did Weigh****chers work the last time(s) you tried it?
To borrow a phase from Shakespeare: "The fault lies not in the diet, but in ourselves"
In the end, if you want to use points because a point is roughly 50 calories then its just a convenient way to keep track of your eating. Whatever you do, however, will need to be done forever. You will not be able to do weigh****cher points for "a while" and have long term success.

You better than others should now not everything is for everyone..
I for one am using WW for weekly accountibility... that is face to face and not hiding behind an IE window.. so.... to each his own...
Point counting is just like WLS.. it has to become a way of life and for some the task of counting may be just another way of developing healthy habits. and assimulating to what is healthy...
WW is no more of a diet that WLS.. it is a lifestyle..
Man up and realize you and WW are actually working to the same goal....

I went back to WW because I couldn't get below 200 lbs.I'm at 177 today and I also need the accountability. I did WW about 5 years ago and I did lose 95 lbs. I did gain most of it back. Now since I've had WLS I can enjoy the group setting and the weekly weigh-ins. Whatever works...
