I pulled a muscle in my chest last night on the wii...Doing stupid yoga exercises! Twists. Oh well. Hurts when I breathe too deep and move some. I may hit the wii again tonight but I'm going to take it REALLY easy. I hate being sore.

Today I didn't do too bad. Heavy on the protein. 100 calories short of yesterday but the protein was a bit better, I think.

List:

B: 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, 3/4 cup soy milk, 1/2 cup apple sauce (NSA)

Snack: 1 oz cheese, 1 pc turkey deli meat

2B: 2 eggs, 4 oz ground beef, 1/2 oz cheese, 1/2 cup home fries

L: Nothing

Snack: 1 oz cheese

D: 1 stuffed bell pepper (homemade, no filler), 1 small dinner roll (home made, sweet potato)

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1799
Fat: 99.3
Carbs: 92.3
Protein: 137.3

I have to say I think I did alright...I'm headed to the wii and off to bed..

Careful on that wii! ice or heat for the next 24 hours on your sore spot will help. I sneak ibuprofen when I tweak my back; I am not advocating this but it sure helps! You had twice as much protein as me today! I am going to do better tomorrow!

All my water and vitamins and did an hour of Zumba. I am so sad to go back to work tomorrow; last week was long and hard! I am sure this week will be better as I will be in the office more so I can catch up on all my tasks. I feel out of control when I have so much un done work. It is not even 7 PM yet and I want to go to bed! I have packed my lunch and snacks for tomorrow and clothes are ready to go for me and Morgan.

I got about 1/3 the amount of water that I should have yesterday. I got sick about 6:45 last night and the whole night was ruined by running to get sick and when it finally reached the other end, the circus changed! What a night. YUCK.

Today, I"m dehydrated and sitting home doing nothing for a while.

I go way overboard on the protein, I think but I haven't been sick in years. I always feel full of energy but last night was just weird.

I may not be in very good shape by this evening because I've lost four pounds of water during the night..I'm sipping and sipping but we'll see. I'll be sipping with hardly any protein today, I guess.

Better late than never! I had a lil drama going on in my life last night so eating was not on my mind at all.

Breakfast:
2/3 Cups of hash browns w/ onions
3 strips of turkey bacon

Lunch:
2 slices of spiral ham
3 bites of whole wheat pasta alfredo

Dinner:
1 Slice of ham

I'm running late too...Actually I've been hit by the food poison bug. I'm on the mend now!
