Accountability - Saturday
I went WAY overboard on the calories today. Didn't do enough to warrant eating this much and I'm thinking I owe that wii about two hours! LOL.
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, banana (this didn't do well with me. Too much sugar in the banana)
Snack: 1.9 oz beef jerky (to stave off the shakes from the sugar in the banana)
2B: 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 cup hashed browns, 2 slices wheat toast
L: 3 oz chicken, 1 bite mashed potatoes, 1 bite green peas
S: decaf coffee, several cups, 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
D: Trader Joes Quesadillas (frozen) Chicken
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1981
Fat: 99
Carbs: 155.6
Protein: 130
This wasn't my finest day but maybe tomorrow will be better. Fitday says I totals 26% protein today. short.

I ate too much crap today and now feel kind of crappy! I am tired; it was a long hard week!

I have to put all this in the daily plate yet tonight. I drank all my water and was very busy. I ran 3 miles with my running group, walked 30 minutes at a very brisk pace while my daughter was in ballet and then we power cleaned the house for three hours. I am going to take a hot shower and go to bed.

3 miles and 30 minutes of power walking..WOW.
I'm a firm believer in power cleaning the house as a form of exercise. My daughter came to visit for 3 hours yesterday and I was sitting for only 30 minutes of that time. I cleaned the carpet, washed two loads of laundry, stripped beds and ironed a BUNCH of clothes. I figure just getting on my feet is better than sitting on my butt..LOL.

Boy, I hear you on the shakes. That banana did me in yesterday...I know better but I like bananas so much! I wish they hadn't been on sale last week!
I bet you did a good bit over 100 grams of protein with that list. Some special days I don't count but most days I do my fitday. Sunday, I counted!
