I'm more than alittle glad that it's Friday!

My list for the day:

5:00 am 15 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, œ cup apple sauce, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Ice
8:00 am 1 medium apple, raw
8:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry
10:30 am 3 oz beef, œ cup rice mix,1/2 oz motz cheese
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
12:10 pm 5 oz cooked shrimp, 1 oz ****tail sauce
12:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Berry (Caffeinated)
2:30 pm 1 medium grapefruit
3:15 pm SoBe Crispy Meal replacement bar
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
6:00 pm 4.5 oz chicken thigh meat, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup green peas

Totals:

Fat: 57.5
Carbs: 152.2
Protein: 146.3

Not bad. I'll wii for at least 30 minute tonight. I did last night too. How did you do today?

TGIF but I'm working tomorrow morning for a little OT.  Today was a typical day.. nothing too exciting to report! 

Here's my food for today...

Early AM:
Protein Hot chocolate

Breakfast: 
2/3 Cups of hash browns n onions
1- 1.5 oz turkey sausage patty
1  boiled egg

Snack:
Apple

Lunch:
1  Cup of Chili

Snack:
NSA Yogart

Snack # 2
Beef jerky stick

Dinner:
3 oz Grilled pork chop
1/2 Cup of Mustard greens 

Snack:
South Beach Diet protein cereal bar

The grand total is.....

Still, maybe the same old same old but you do pretty well. Great numbers and a nice list of yummy foods!

I need to make Chili again. We have that chili contest coming up and I have a couple of ideas for my chili...I usually use chorizo but...my new boss is vegetarian and I'm thinking  TVP might be in order for the competition chili this year...

OT is never a bad thing (on the pay check anyway). I wish I could get some but the District has frozen all of that stuff in an attempt to save some money...Might work.

We went to a friends for dinner. We were out really late and I ate up until 1:30 am. It was a really long day! I should have made better choice, but I always suck on the weekend!
