I had a pretty good day. Lots of protein.

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, œ cup apple sauce, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
8:15 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast lunch meat
8:45 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
10: 30 am 4 oz beef steak, œ cup green beans
12:30 pm 3 chicken/tortilla eggrolls and ranch dressing
1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Ice Raspberry
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit (caffeinated)
3:30 pm 12 oz Water, Plain (added to the bottle from 2:30)
4:00 pm 1 medium apple
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
5:30 pm rice-a-roni with lean ground beef added

Totals for the day:

Not bad at all. I did okay.

Hey Dawn. I had an ok day. Carbs a little high for such low calories and protein but I'm satisfied. It was an unplanned eating day.

Here's the damage....

Early AM:  Protein hot chocolate

Breakfast: 1 Boiled egg & 1 Turkey sausage patty

Snack: Apple

Lunch: 5 Tyson breaded chicken nuggets &  Side salad w/ FF italian dressing

Snack:  WW Yogart & Almonds

Dinner: Lean Cuisine dinner

Snack: South beach diet protein cereal bar

Yeah, carbs MIGHT be a tad high but I think, from the list, your carbs were good ones (well,maybe the breading on the nuggets but that's minor)

I am low on protein today, may jave a protein bar before bed. Unplanned eating after I had planned my meals. I went inti work an dhad my veggie, bacon egg beater omellete and was going to have a protein packed lunch but had to leave work early to take my daughter to the doctor. She has been sick since saturday with a bad stomach virus. She was given one dose of Zofran for her nausea and it was miraculous; she has had broth and flat pop and is up playing with her barbies now. Otherwise I was supposed to take her to the ED for fluids.
0900-veggie,bacon, egg beater omellette
1115-string cheese
1400-1/2 turkey sandwich, 1oo cal pack lorna doones
1800-almonds
1930-gyoza,1/4 rice and 3 oz chicken teriyaki and a few bites of salad.
I did get my water and iron in; I just need my calcium before I go to bed. I missed my Zumba tonight, but hopefully will get up early for a spin class.

I hope she's feeling better. It's bad when the babies are sick cuz mom's feel it the most. I was a barbie girl years ago but my barbie doll had a beehive hairdo. LOL...

I went t o Zumba tonight! It was great! I had a tummy tuck Dec. 19th so I don't know if I was really ready for it...but I did it!

You might be alittle sore today but take it easy on the abs for awhile and you'll be okay. Doesn't it feel good to move after a long time of not? 

Your numbers look really good today. Protein is way up there and calories aren't through the roof...The hysteria over the peanut butter didn't "get" to you too much did it? LOL. Me neither. I predict that the price of peanut butter will dip to all time LOWS here soon...Time to stock up!

I am sore, but it feels good! I have never felt my muscles in my stomach! When food is recalled...for some reason I start eating it like crazy and craving it! I am going to try to stick with posting~ Holli
