Is this week longer than it should be or what? I'm so tired of this week. I guess I need to see about taking a vacation day or two...Maybe a sick day due to lack of interest?

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/4 cup tvp, œ cup apple sauce, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Tea
9:00 am nachos (2/3 cup ground beef, queso cheese, 1 cup tortilla chips)
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Lemon Tea
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffeinated
1:30 pm 4 oz pork sparerib meat, 1 cup lettuce, 4 slices tomato, 1 oz vinaigrette
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz beef steak (put other stuff on my plate but sure didn't feel like eating it. I may have green beans and mashed potatoes for "dessert" tonight)

Protein: 111.4

Carbs are LOW...Maybe I do need those green beans and mashed. I'm hitting the wii for at least alittle time tonight.

hi everyone i have been off for a while we had a really bad bug in the ps and now it is working again.
