Hey Everyone

We are all tired today as I think we feel hung over from all the Politics and TV.  So as they say Back To Life, Back To Reality 

I was able to get 3 miles in on the treadmill this morning and hope to do either some lower body work tonight or bag work 
So my friends, Did You Move To Lose and or Maintained
Today?  Come on in and share, inspire and let's keep spring, shorts and swim suits in mind as it will be here before we know it.

Well, even though this was YESTERDAY, I walked fast uphill (4.2mph at 4.0% grade) for 3 miles, then ran 3 miles, at around 6.5mph. I was on the treadmill for 75 minutes, and burned almost 800 calories!!!!

Needless to say, I'm gonna rest today!! LOL my hips are a little sore!!  But I'll be doing it again tomorrow!!!

Well after such a great workout I would say you deserve a rest today... But we want to see  ya moving tomorrow

  hEY THERE, JUST WONDERED WHERE DO i FIND THE BACK ON TRACK SITE?  i CLICKED ON IT BUT A MULTITUDE OF THINGS POPPED UP.  I am INTERESTED IN JOINGING OR FINDING OUT ABOUT bACK ON tRACK   THANKS sUSIE

  Hi there just wondered if you could tell me what the expression BOTT means?  I went to the Back on Track site and saw you there but I dont know how to contact you I tried to join the group but an error message kept coming up will try later.  thanks Susie
