Well, either really late or really early...LOL. I have a support group meeting tonight so I'm off and running.

here's my day:

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/6 cup oatmeal, 1/8 cup tvp, 1T soy protein, 3/4 cup soy milk (half serving of oatmeal)
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
8:15 am 1 oz cheese stick, 1 pc turkey deli meat
9:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
9:45 am 1 medium apple, raw
10:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
11:15 am ½ chicken quesadilla
11:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Pink Lemonade
2:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit caffinated
3:00 pm 1 medium orange, raw
3:30 pm 2/3 cup green peas from frozen, 2T parmesan cheese
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch
5:30 pm 5 oz chicken breast, 1 lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 2 T mayonaise
7:00 pm 1 SoBe Crispy Meal Replacement Bar

Totals for the day:

Protein: 123.7

Good evening, Dawn! Work is a little slow so I'll post early too! It's FREEZING here. We even got snow! 

Early AM:
Protein hot chocolate

Breakfast:
2 Scrambled eggs w/ cheese and turkey sausage

Snack:
1 serving of almonds

Lunch:
Smart One's frozen dinner

Snack:
Beef jerky
Handful of pretzels

Dinner:
Baked chicken leg quarter w/ low sugar bbq sauce
1/2  Cup of Mustard greens
1/4  Cup of Potato salad

Snack: 
Protein hot chocolate

Snow? In South Carolina? That's GOT to be against some sort of law somewhere! Today the weather is suppose to turn but it's held off one more day so I'm not bundled up yet. It will be 65 today, probably 57 tomorrow. Then it will really get cold for the weekend. Lovely.

Yup, you did really good! You got just the same protein as I did but for 200 less calories. Hmm. Makes you wonder where I went wrong. Yup, too many empty (no protein) calories...

You did have a good day; so did you Kay! I had a better day than yesterday and tomorrow will be even better!
0730-protein drink
0930-light english muffin with sf jelly
1100-1/2 chicken ceasar wrap and a chocolate cupcake; they were inaugural cupcakes in the cafeteria. It would of been un patriotic not to have one!
1330-other 1/2 wrap and half an apple
1500-rf wheat thins, half an apple
1800-baked chicken and brocoli w cheese
1430 calories, 95 protein,127 carb and 50 of fat!
No exercise again, went straigh thome as my daughter is still not feeling well; poor girl. I am supposed to meet a friend for a 0530 spin class in the morning. If I can get to bed and stay asleep tonight I will probably go, if not I will have to do something in the evening.

You did awesome. I know when the babies are sick, it's really hard but any movement is better than no movement. Even when I have to be at home, it's really easy to plop down in front of the idiot box and vegg...But I find something to do while on my feet. This morning (Wednesday) I got out all my heavy skirts that have needed to be ironed for some time...Standing up for 45 minutes..That all counts!

I was trying to figure out what gives with your totals...Then I saw 500 calories for cashews? YIKES. I think I'm lucky to be allergic to tree nuts, myself. That's not exactly alot of bang for your buck or maybe it is if by bang you mean calories. But they're really good calories, just shocking to see that number for 18 nuggets!  I also noticed the cherries are high carb but they're good carbs so that's not bad. You're really workin it...Good job!

I have to have my nuts...cashews and Emerald brand Cocoa dusted almonds!!! I know they are high in calories, but I need them. I carry some kind of nut with me at all times for sinking spells & we can only get cherries down here a couple of times a year~ Holli
