I was lazy again yesterday...Probably because I was on my own.

B: grits, tvp, soy milk

24oz water

2B: 2 eggs, home fries, 1.5 slices wheat toast (this was a treat)

L: cheese stick, turkey deli meat

Dinner: 3.75 oz extra lean ground beef patty, 1/2 cup chili, 1/3 cup french fries

Dessert: 1 Pillsbury Reduced sugar cupcake.

I worked 45 minutes on the Wii last night too. 12 yoga, 12 strength, 12 aerobics and the rest was balance. Flipping that stupid penguin and trying to break 300 on the ski jump. LOL.

Hello Dawn.. Sorry I've beeen MIA. I had some out of town guest this weekend and was very busy entertaining and touring Charleston.  I ate out a lot!  Here's my saturday and Sunday..

Saturday: 

Breakfast @ IHOP:
2 silver dollar pancakes w/ Sugar free syrup
2 strips of  bacon
1 scrambled egg

Snack:
Small pack of smoked almonds

Lunch: @ Ruby Tuesdays
Turkey Burger w/ lettuce, cheese, mustard .. tossed the top part of the bun
Garden salad w/ lite ranch

Snack:
Kids size serving ( 1 scoop)  of Chocolate peanut butter ice cream .. The real deal

Dinner:  ( not very hungry)
Small Garden salad
1 hot wing

Snack:
10 oz Protein hot chocolate


Sunday:

Breakfast: 
2 boiled eggs

Lunch:
1/2 Turkey Club sammy on wheat
Cup of Broccoli n cheese soup

Snack:
Apple
Small pack of smoked almonds

Dinner:
Grilled chicken breast topped w/ cheese and salsa
1/4 Cup of Refried beans
1/4 Cup of Mexican rice

Snack:
2 lite beers and 1 "adult drink"

You did good for the weekend. I sometimes have a burger or sandwich but I toss the top or bottom and replace it with lettuce...We have a friend who is glutten sensitive so he told us alot of places have a low carb option on their sandwiches with just means lettuce subs for the bread. It's all good.

I think you did fine! And I'm sure showing off Charleston worked some walking in there too...It's all good. See ya!

Boy, I'm not sure why the protein number is that low. I'm stumped.
