Accountability Saturday

Hey dawn,
I had a busy day! I ran with my running group, did a two hour Zumbathon and am about to have 'movie night' with my 8 year old. We have just finished dinner, showering and have our movie jammies on. We are going to watch Horton Hears a Who. I think I will fall asleep so wanted to post before that happens; I am beat!
0730-protein drink
0930-scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns and veggie sausage
1230-string cheese, rf triscuits
1530-100 calorie pack lorna doones, grilled snack wrap with chicken and a mandarin orange
1830-meatloaf, baked potato, brocoli
1900-snickerdoodle
35 minute run, 2 hours of Zumba all my water, half my vitamins and calcium. I have to get back on track with those, I have lab work due next week. I may postpone it for another week.

I'm slow tonight. I've cleaned house all day, cleaning carpet and making some rolls. Actually, I had left over sweet potatoes and wanted to make sweet potato rolls. We have three teenagers here tonight and needed extra hot dog buns (chili dogs for dinner) so I made four extra sweet potato hotdog buns (with soy flour...) then the teens ate all those buns instead of the regular ones. sheesh! I can't win.

It's probably a good thing I missed on those though, cuz I had two rolls and couldn't eat but two ounces of beef (hot dogs were gone too!) . LOL.

List for the day:

oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk and apple sauce.

3 eggs, 2 strips bacon and 3/4 cup hashed browns

Mini quiche made w/ taco tvp and chili con carne with beans

1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese and 1 oz SF smuckers preserves

2 oz beef steak on two sweet potato rolls with a sprinkle of motz cheese

Protein: 141.8

I really high day all around and I don't have any excuse but housework...I'm even tired from the day..Well, tomorrow is another day.
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

Yes! It was fabulous! Made a sauce with mushrooms and different bell peppers and onions! Have eaten several times in the past couple of days~ Holli
