Yeah, keeping track is good practice for when you can't hit fit day or post accountability...I practiced endlessly so that I could handle being on vacation for two weeks and on the road. It's all practice. See ya when you get home!

I love your lists. I always get an idea for a meal or a snack! I've got a big giant bag of frozen broccoli parts in the freezer and some bags of shredded cheese. I'm thinking a cup of that (or half cup) and the cheese, nuked for a few...Great snack!

Your numbers are awesome too. Keep up the good work. See ya.

I hate that! When we went on vacation I had all my vitamins in a daily pack. I even looked for a second pack cuz I was going to be gone for two weeks. I also have stuff stashed in my desk at work..My home-away-from-home! LOL.

With that hour of zumba, you're doing awesome. The added carbs are good for exercise. I know when I'm done with wii, I really wanna cookie! LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Posted earlier about the pouch test...I am okay...Holding steady at goal...I guess I have been on the boards a lot lately and home a lot lately (Not working right now) I am getting antsy about snacking getting out of control and a lot of talk of regain...ya know just a little worried about getting of track and having some horrible cravings lately.  I have to let everyone know that I really have taken the worry about my weight to an extreme and I have gone to the point of seeking counselling before it really gets out of hand.  I really don't want to lose sight of why I started this whole journey...To get healthy.

B:  Coffee with Cream and splenda
      Atkins shake
L;  Lean chicken no skin
      Blanched spinach with fresh garlic
S  Atkins Shake
D:  Lean center cut pork chop
      fresh steamed green beans
S Edename (I eat it like popcorn when I watch tv at night)
Still at least 64 oz of water each day

Excercise...Walk the cutest corgi in the world

Thanks for all the input on the pouch test post

I know when I'm home too long I get that way too...I have to power clean the house and walk the dogs several times a day...get out the old steam cleaner and do the carpets and clean cracks and crevices till I'm exhausted. Seems to be the only thing that works for me.

Yup! The cutest corgi I would have to agree! I'll have to post more pictures of my fur babies...
